The Star of David and the Cross

The origins of the Star Of David can be traced back to the shield of King David and the emblem for the Jewish people. Today, it is also the symbol of the proud nation of Israel. In this design, the star is coupled with a cross, the Christian symbol for love and sacrifice. The cross is left natural and slightly raised from the bright, burnished star, illustrating the historical ties Christians of today have with our biblical ancestors.
